Yes, this pilot program is tailored to equip administrative professionals supporting any post-graduate medical education (PGME) program with the project management and leadership skills essential for the success of their initiative, program's goals and career.
This particular pilot program is meant for those who work within a post-grad medical education office of any specialty so that the materials and examples can be tailored to this industry and unique perspective. If you are unsure or are interested in a similar training focused on your industry, please email me! hello@mariannebell.ca and I can work with you to create a pilot for you and your team.
If enough participants express interest and register, we will begin August 15, 2025; otherwise, the targeted start date will be September 12, 2025. Be sure to register for the wait list so that I can provide updates on these dates.
In full transparency, this is a pilot and the content will be taught in this format for the first time and is subject to change based on feedback or if participants identify areas of learning they would like to learn more about which leads to additional training being added as a 'bonus' section. That being said, my goal is to keep the baseline learning to one hour per module so 5 hours of learning.
For the application of the action items, participants can expect at least one hour per week but it could be longer depending on the size of the project they want to use for planning purposes or how much effort they want to put into reflecting on their DISC Assessment and developing their personal development plan.
If participants get stuck or want additional guidance, mentorship or coaching, they may want to attend the weekly live office hour which will add to the time they spend on this program and developing their skills.
As I anticipate this will be a small group, it is ideal if you can make the sessions live to make the most of the experience, but if you cannot they will be recorded and available in the portal.
Friday: Learn ~ Monday: Apply ~ Wednesday: Get Unstuck
The program will be delivered in a hybrid format. Currently the plan is to have a one hour live zoom learning session scheduled Friday with the recording available the same day for those who could not attend live. Monday will be a one hour live zoom co-working to apply the actions, answer questions and provide opportunities for peer to-peer mentorship. Wednesday will be a one hour live zoom for open office hours where participants can pop in to ask specific questions and get coaching and/or mentorship support for areas they might be stuck. The time of these calls is yet to be determined based on registered participant feedback and Marianne's fall schedule. Time zone is CST, based in Saskatchewan.
I will be limiting the number to the first 20 that pay in advance for the program but will run the pilot with less. Be sure to join the wait list or send me an email at hello@mariannebell.ca if you want to register your team.
All or part of this program can be delivered as an in-person workshop. Please email me at hello@mariannebell.ca or call me at (306) 291-8818 and I can work with you to format the workshop to meet your needs.
