In 2019 when I joined the core digital product James offers, Business by Design (BBD) program, I had a dream of having my own virtual coaching and consulting business that would incorporate a digital product. My vision was this online program would teach and help the next generation of administrative and STEM professionals develop project management and leadership skills to support their career.
By being part of the BBD community and applying the knowledge gained, I created and delivered digital products such as: NAVIGATE: Leadership Development Mastermind based on John Maxwell's Develop the Leader Within You 2.0, Design Your Dream Job workshop, '3 Keys to Choosing a Career Where You Shine' for teens, and How to Motivate Your Team During Times of Change for project management professionals. I also went all in on my virtual consulting business.
I am using this masterclass to work through my first digital product idea that aligns with my original dream as well as the project management consulting services I provide so that I diversify my income AND help other small business owner's be self-sufficient in successfully implementing their small to medium but high-impact, technology enabled projects.
