What if you could tap into your greatest motivations, dramatically improve your relationships and accelerate your results?
Everyone you encounter is motivated differently, communicates differently and views tasks and relationships differently. This mini course will help you leverage the results from your Maxwell DISC Personality Indicator Report to achieve greater success when you learn to value your strengths as well as those of your customers and project team.
Your Individual personality affects every aspect of your life. That's why one of the best things you can do to grow yourself and others is to understand your personality and what naturally drives you. When you recognize your strengths and areas of improvement, you are able to give your best as you work with people around you. Getting along with anyone, even if you're not a "people person" becomes easier. The following are an overview of the 4 dimensions of your personality.
D - Dominant - Outgoing & Task Focused If you fear you are losing control or being taken advantage of, you will attempt to dominate.
I - Influencing - Outgoing & People Focused If you fear you are not accepted and appreciated, you will do even more to get attention
S - Stable - Reserved & People Focused If you fear you are not secure, you will withdraw from the situation
C - Compliant - Reserved & Task Focused If you fear you are being criticized, you will analyze more and take less action.
In addition to receiving insights into your communication and behavioral style with DISC, with the benchmark-interview report you will also receive information on your thinking styles and strengths (TEAMS), values-driven motivations (VALUES), and behavioral attitudes (BAI), specifically as they relate to leadership and collaboration within the unique environment of managing projects.
